Well, well, well

It looks like another state on my side of the continent is taking after Massachusetts, if only in spirit.

First, a Judge found that MD's ban on gay marriage was unconstitutional. Now, the amendment Delgates were trying to get on the November ballot failed. Oh darn.

But have no fear, Virginia has consistently deemed homosexual relationships to be sinful and wrong! Why, we even felt the need to pass some sort of a Marriage Protection Act twice!

But, I've already been down this rant before so I'll just stop here for now. We vote on the constitutional amendment in November. I know, we're just so entirely lucky. (I was gonna say that at least we're not as bad as Kansas but that was silly of me because . . . we're worse.)
