The newest missunderestimation of Bush

I just saw this in the NYT's a little bit ago and, well, can our President be any stupider? Or what's another non-word to use in this case....miseducated maybe irregardless of the obvious facts that have been presented to him?

Shall we start the rant "Impeach Bush" now?
